Gary Hamel, author of Leading the Revolution and Competing for the Future, has come out with a new book The Future of Management. Hamel usually brings an interesting perspective to the field (something we have touched on before) and he has caught my attention with his old work.
Sometimes I feel that he doesn´t consider all the incentives of all the parties involved in what he proposes, nevertheless, I´m looking forward to reading it. Even if one considers it as nothing more than thought-provoking material, his perspective and his analysis are concepts I believe I should be made aware of.
